BACKGROUND: This agreement is renewed annually and has been to the City Attorney’s staff for review and approval. This agreement would provide funding for continued operation and management of a program and services for juvenile misdemeanor offenders. The city provides funding in the amount of $70,000.00 to be used to continue to offer support for the program and services.
EXHIBIT: A copy of the contract is attached and is also located in the City Clerk’s Office for review.
KEY ISSUES: Should the City Council renew the agreement?

STAFF RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION: Renew the agreement and authorize its execution by the Mayor and City Clerk.
