BACKGROUND: This agreement is renewed annually. This agreement would provide funding for continued operation and management of a program and services for juvenile misdemeanor offenders. The city provides funding in the amount of $70,000.00 to be used to continue to offer support for the program and services.
EXHIBIT: A copy of the contract is attached and is also located in the City Clerk’s Office for review.

STAFF RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION: Renew the annual Children’s Emergency Resource Center agreement between the City of Lawton and the Marie Detty Youth and Family Services Center, Inc. and authorize its execution by the Mayor and City Clerk.
