BACKGROUND: Per Council direction/approval, Halff Associates is currently in the process of completing the Lake Ellsworth and Lake Lawtonka Recreation Area Master Plan, Lawton Aquatics Master Plan, Elmer Thomas Park Conceptual Plan, and Lee West Park Conceptual Plan. Halff Associates will be providing a general update on all projects.
