BACKGROUND: This agreement is renewed annually. This agreement would provide funding for continued operation and management of a program and services for juvenile misdemeanor offenders. This program provides programs for eligible youth charged with non-detention eligible offenses to include assessment and counseling services for each youth and their respective families. The city provides funding in the amount of $70,000.00 to be used to continue to offer support for the program and services.
