BACKGROUND: During the March 26th Council meeting, Council directed staff to enter into negotiations with Schoolhouse Slough Convenience Store, LLC for the management and operation of the Schoolhouse Slough Convenience Store and Fuel System. The proposed agreement is to commence May 1st, 2024 and terminate December 31st, 2029, with one five year renewal option. The City is the beneficiary of the proposed agreement. Terms and conditions are outlined in the attached proposed agreement.
