BACKGROUND: The subject property is located on the south side of NW Cache Road just east of Central Jr High School. The applicant is requesting to construct approximately 540 feet of 7-foot-tall wrought iron fence approximately 60 feet behind the curb of NW Cache Road. During review, it was determined that the existing parking lot adjacent to the building was not covered by a revocable permit, so it has been included now.
