BACKGROUND: Phase 1 of Project PR2310 will construct two new splash pad structures at Eastside Park (East Gore Blvd.) and Lee West Park (NW 67th Street). Phase 2 of the improvement projects planned for these city parks will include the construction of new parking, restroom facilities, and sidewalks at later stage. The contract time of the project specified is 245 calendar days. This is in accordance with the True North Culture Statement by providing a more efficient service to the citizens of Lawton.
