BACKGROUND: The contract RFPCL23-031 is currently in effect until June 30, 2024. The vendor, United Safety and Claims, Inc. has agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and process. United Safety and Claims, Inc. has provided excellent service and has fulfilled the terms and conditions requested by the City of Lawton. Human Resources staff recommends extending the contract for an additional year.
