BACKGROUND: The contract RFPCL23-032 is currently in effect until June 30, 2024. The vendor, Express Employment Professionals, has agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and process. Express Employment Professionals has provided excellent service and has fulfilled the terms and conditions requested by the City of Lawton. Human Resources staff recommends extending the contract for an additional year.
