BACKGROUND: The contract RFPCL22-026 is currently in effect until May 31, 2024. The vendor, The Jasper Group, has agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and process. The Jasper Group has provided excellent service and has fulfilled the terms and conditions requested by the City of Lawton. The IT Services staff recommends extending the contract for an additional year.
