BACKGROUND: The City of Lawton solicited bids for contract (CL24-015) Electro Fusion Polyethylene Pipe Fittings which is needed to continue repair, maintenance, and construction of the sewer system. Bid packets were mailed to five (5) prospective vendors. Two (2) bids were received. After reviewing the bids for (CL24-015), it is the Department’s recommendation that the contract be awarded to Core & Main, LP. Core & Main, LP is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and meets all specifications. This material is imperative to continue our efforts toward a Safe Community as stated in the True North Culture.
