BACKGROUND: The electronic filing of the annual FTA Certifications and Assurances must be accomplished within 90 days of posting on the FTA website. The Certifications and Assurances were posted on March 1st, 2024. It is a requirement to receive FTA funding to annually certify and assure the Federal government that the Trust will abide by all current Federal laws and regulations. These Certifications are annual documents that the Trust must take formal action on prior to electronically entering the information for current and future grants.
