BACKGROUND: This resolution is a companion item to the previous item in reference to charitable organizations holding special events on private property. This resolution will remove the language regarding the deposit being 50% if it is for a non-profit. The previous ordinance removes the requirement for temporary use permits for charitable organizations in order to allow said organizations to better serve the public.
