BACKGROUND: The City purchased software, hardware, and services from the company Routeware on November 21, 2019 to aid in fleet management of our solid waste disposal trucks. The Routeware products do not function as was anticipated and the City is going to discontinue use of their products and not budget for their services and products in FY24/25. As a governmental entity the City is able to terminate the agreement early with proof that funds will not be budgeted and allocated for FY24/25.
