BACKGROUND: The contract RFPCL22-016 Printing, Copying and Maintenance Services is currently in effect. The vendor, High Tech Office Systems, has agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and process. The department has recommended to extend the contract for an additional year. The vendor has met all contract requirements.
