BACKGROUND: On July 25, 2023, the City Transit Trust approved the location for the new LATS transfer center along SW Larrance Street.  The current police evidence building is located on this property will need to be relocated to make room for the new LATS facility.  LURA approved to transfer the property located at the southwest corner of SW A Avenue and SW Railroad Street more particularly described as Lots 1-3 and the E 35’ of Lot 4, Block 22 of the Original Townsite on March 19, 2024, at their regularly scheduled meeting.
