BACKGROUND: The properties listed in the Resolution of Necessity have been identified as being required for the Wolf Creek Bridge Project # EN2204. The properties are located along the east and west side of SW 11th Street, between Interstate 44 and SW Pecan Road.
Should there be any property owners who refuse to relinquish their property at a reasonable price, it is necessary that a Resolution of Necessity be adopted to enable the City to proceed under its power of eminent domain.
