BACKGROUND: Permanent easements are required from Lawton Economic Development Authority and Comanche County Industrial Development Authority for right-of-way and utility relocation along the east side of SW 112^th Street, between Lee Boulevard and Bishop Road. Lawton Economic Development Authority and Comanche County Industrial Development Authority have agreed to donate the required easements.
