BACKGROUND: This contract is renewed annually. This contract is used to provide housing (Juvenile Detention Center) for juvenile offenders that otherwise could not be housed in a secure facility due to state statutes. The city provides funding for their negotiated portion according to the needs of the community, not to exceed $93,220.00.
