BACKGROUND: Approximately 105 feet of 8-inch waterline and 2 fire hydrants in Cache Road Square Shopping Center were installed serving the north and west sides of the shopping center. The developer is Cache Road Square LP, and the consulting engineer is Landmark Engineering. The improvements were constructed in approximately 2012 and inspected and has been in service since. Staff has reviewed the record drawings and recommends acceptance of the waterline and fire hydrants and the waiving of maintenance bond since lines have been in service for more than two years.
