BACKGROUND: Updating City Code to reflect recent statutes approved by the OK State Legislature adding the use of medical marijuana to smoking laws effective November 1, 2021. Establishing guidelines for effective enforcement of municipal code by the Fire Marshall, Code Compliance, and the Police Department. Adding language to prevent discrimination against medical marijuana patients.
