BACKGROUND: The City of Lawton advertised for bids for CL22-018 Liquid Ammonium Sulfate on BidSync. Four bids were received and opened on November 23, 2021. After reviewing the documents, it was determined that two of the bids were non-responsive due to submittal of non-original documents. Of the two responsive bids, the department recommendation is to award the contract to Chameleon Industries Inc. of Mesquite, TX. The vendor is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and meets all specifications and requirements.
