BACKGROUND: This tract is located at a strip, piece or parcel of land lying in Lot 1, of Block 1, of Woodland Hills Commercial Addition to the City of Lawton,Comanche County Oklahoma. This tract is one of several tracts needed for the W. Gore Blvd Reconstruction from SW 67^th ST to SW 82^nd ST, Project No. 2012-08. The tract consists of approximately 0.028 acres of new Temporary Driveway Easement. The owner has elected to donate the right-of-way to the City of Lawton for project West Gore Blvd from 82^nd to 67^th streets. Staff recommends that Council accept a Temporary Driveway Easement.
