BACKGROUND: This tract is located at 6950 W. Gore Blvd, Lawton, OK 73505, and is one of several tracts needed for the W. Gore Blvd Reconstruction from SW 67^th ST to SW 82^nd ST, Project #2012-08. The tract consists of approximately 0.001 acres of new Temporary Construction Easement. The owner has elected to donate the right-of-way to The City of Lawton for project West Gore Blvd from 67^th to 82^nd streets. Staff recommends that Council accept a Temporary Construction Easement.
