BACKGROUND: Jeff Eiser was originally retained in 2019 as an expert in Jail Operations and Administration to analyze, consult, and testify, if necessary, regarding jail operations and administrative matters related to pending litigation. The City Attorney’s Office seeks to continue its retainer agreement with Mr. Eiser as the case is still pending.
