BACKGROUND: This contract is renewed annually and has been to the City Attorney’s staff for review and approval. This contract establishes guidelines for a partnership with Lawton CrimeStoppers, Inc. and the Lawton Police Department as it pertains to a community crime deterrent by providing a reward system for information which leads to criminal prosecution of crimes committed in this area.
EXHIBIT: A copy of agreement is attached and is also located in the City Clerk’s office for review.
