Consider approving the actual costs of the dismantling and removal of dilapidated buildings and other expenses that may be necessary in conjunction with same by approving invoices for demolition of properties as required by State Statue 11-22-112.4 for properties located at 4628 SW G Avenue, 2609 SW E Avenue, 401 SW Summit Avenue, 2409 SW C Avenue, 907 SW 7th Street, 1612 SW E Avenue, 511 NW Mission Blvd., 1407 SW 8th Street, 602 SW H Avenue, 916 SW D Avenue, 2612 SW G Avenue, 404 SW 23rd Place and 1502 SW Summit Avenue.

BACKGROUND: This is in accordance with the True North Culture Statement for a Safe Community. We will be relentless in our efforts to provide a safe environment for our citizens to thrive. State Statute requires that the governing body determine the actual cost of the dismantling and removal of dilapidated buildings and any other expenses that may be necessary in conjunction with dismantling and removal of the building, including the cost of notice and mailing.
