The City provides financial support to the County for the operation of the CCRJDC through a Juvenile Detention Agreement. The MOU is for the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and shall be in effect July 1, 2023 and remain in effect until June 30, 2024, unless terminated sooner. Additionally, the MOU may be terminated at any time by either party giving a 30-day written notice to the other party.
