BACKGROUND: The contract CL22-042 Concrete Repair is currently in effect until July 31, 2024. The vendors, A.E. Construction, T.E. Construction, MTZ Construction, have agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and process. The department has recommended to extend the contract for an additional year. The vendors have met all contract requirements.
