BACKGROUND: Arts for All is a local non-profit organization dedicated to promoting arts and cultural programs in our community. They have a proven track record of organizing successful arts programs for children and adults and have been working closely with our local school district, LPS, to provide valuable arts education opportunities to students. As part of their effort to engage local youth in the arts, Arts for All has proposed a summer arts camp program in collaboration with LPS. The proposed summer camp will provide a safe and nurturing environment for underserved and at-risk students who have completed pre-K through 5th grade to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills through various workshops, performances, and exhibitions. The camp will be hosted at 4 sites and is expected to serve approximately 900 students for 3 hours a day, 4 days a week, for 4 weeks. In the program's initial year, they were able to conduct this camp at of cost of 60? per child per hour. An Agreement for Services will be required.
