BACKGROUND: The City of Lawton entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Garver, LLC in March 2024 for Professional Urban Planning Services to update the City’s current 2030 Land Use Plan to the 2050 Land Use Plan. The City was behind in updating the plan and this revision will bring the City up to date in terms of long-range planning documents. James Walden, Garver, LLC, will present.
