BACKGROUND: This agreement is renewed annually. This agreement is used to provide housing (Juvenile Detention Center) for juvenile offenders that otherwise could not be housed in a secure facility due to state statutes. The city provides funding for their negotiated portion according to the needs of the community, not to exceed $93,220.00. If approved, the agreement shall be in effect from July 1st, 2024, through June 30th, 2025.
