BACKGROUND: The subject property is Eisenhower High School and is located on the south side of W Gore Blvd. The encroachment will be along the west side of SW 52nd Street. The applicant is requesting to construct approximately 800 feet of 7-foot-tall wrought iron fence along the west side of the sidewalk north of the circle drive and approximately 1 foot to the east of the property line south of the circle drive.
