BACKGROUND: This agreement is renewed annually. This agreement establishes guidelines for a partnership with Lawton CrimeStoppers, Inc. and the Lawton Police Department as it pertains to a community crime deterrent by providing a reward system for information which leads to criminal prosecution of crimes committed in this area.
