BACKGROUND: The contract for CL24-007 Manhole Coating Product is currently in effect until November 30, 2024. The vendor, Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc., has agreed to an extension for an additional year with the same terms, process, and conditions. The vendor has met all requirements for this division therefore the staff recommends extending the contract with Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc. for an additional year. The Award does not obligate the City of Lawton until Purchase order is obtained and issued to contractor.
