BACKGROUND: This access agreement is necessary for the construction of a 6’ wide sidewalk along the west side of SW Boyles Landing Rd. that will run parallel to the road but outside the street right-of-way. There are significant topography challenges adjacent to the street which can be resolved by moving the sidewalk away from the street. Additionally, this change will reduce the actual cost of the project by negating the need for significant earthwork, as well as retaining wall and handrail construction.
