BACKGROUND: The City of Lawton entered into a banking services contract with Liberty National Bank on November 9, 2021. Liberty is transitioning their online utility payment portal to Paymentus Corporation. As part of this transition, the City needs to execute an agreement with Paymentech, LLC for payment processing services.
