BACKGROUND: On March 7th, staff presented to the council a comprehensive plan in response to the Clean City & Clean Culture- Destination Excellence motion made at a previous meeting, which included two ordinance changes to augment success in reaching the destination. From the original motion, the template for success calls for continual review and assessment.
