BACKGROUND: On June 27, 2023, City Council approved the Master Service Agreement with Garver, LLC. Amendment No. 8 includes services associated with new water line improvements under the Transite Waterline Replacement Program including designing, bidding assistance, and construction phase services for approximately 14,900 linear feet of waterlines within City of Lawton, maps 24, 26, and 27. This project benefits the citizen by providing clean drinking water with efficiency in accordance with the True North Statement.
