BACKGROUND: The contract CL23-039 Redi-Mix Concrete is currently in effect until July 31, 2024. The Public Works Department have recommended to extend the contract for an additional year. The vendors have met and/or exceeded all contract requirements. It is ideal to keep a secondary vendor to ensure concrete availability if the primary vendor is unable to meet needed material demands. The vendors have agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and process.
