BACKGROUND: The City of Lawton solicited bids for (CL25-015) Sludge Dewatering Polymer.  Bid packets were emailed to five vendors.  There were two (2) eligible bids received.  After reviewing the bids, it is the staff recommendation that the contract (CL25-015) Sludge Dewatering Polymer be awarded to the best and lowest responsive bidder Polydyne, Inc. of Riceboro, GA. This polymer is an integral component in the process of treating wastewater as part of our standards of a safe community as put forth in the True North Culture Statement.
