BACKGROUND: The contract CL23-005 Nuisance Abatement is currently in effect until October 31, 2024. The vendor, BT Lawn Maintenance, has agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and process. The department has recommended to extend the contract for an additional year. The vendor has met all contract requirements.
