BACKGROUND: This subdivision was applied for by Arc Engineering Consultants, L.L.C. on behalf of West Hill Development, LLC. West Hill Development, LLC is the owner of the property located to the north of West Hills Part 1. The parcel is currently vacant and not documented on any record plats. The tract of land is approximately 19.58 acres. The current zoning is R-1 Single Family Dwelling District. The applicant’s proposed use is to plat the property and split it into 99 separate lots. The construction plans for 3,668 linear feet of 8” sanitary sewer line, 2,979 linear feet of 8” water line, and the streets to serve the 99 lots have been approved with conditions by Public Utilities, Planning, Stormwater and Fire Marshals. The consulting engineer is Steve Rollins with Arc Engineering Consultants, L.L.C.
Staff has reviewed this plat and recommends approval subject to the following condition:
1. Obtain ODEQ permits for sanitary sewer line.
This item was taken to the City Planning Commission on June 27, 2024 and they recommended approval.
