BACKGROUND: Jesus Rodriguez-Contreras is the owner of the property located at 3116 SW J Avenue, Lawton, OK, 73505. The parcel is currently vacant and is more particularly described with a metes and bounds description. The applicant's proposed use is two private soccer fields with a 1,000 square foot one-story concession building. The binding site plan shows an 8ft tall chain-link fence around the property with an opaque fence and a tree buffer along the east side of the property and a paved parking lot with 82 parking spaces.
