BACKGROUND: The Lawton Metropolitan Airport Authority is in litigation involving Fire Station #2, which is located on airport grounds.  The funding outlined in the proposed agreement is to be used solely for legal expenses related to said litigation.  The agreement allocates $122,505.00  from general funds for use by the Authority, on a reimbursement basis.
