BACKGROUND: On May 24, 2022, Council approved an agreement with SCS Engineers for operations, monitoring, and maintenance (OM&M) services for the landfill gas collection and control system (GCCS). This annual agreement became effective on August 1, 2022 with an initial term of twelve months with three renewal options. This is the second renewal of the agreement and would continue those services for a twelve-month period beginning August 1, 2024.
