BACKGROUND: The contract CL23-040 Emergency Generator Maintenance is currently in effect until August 30, 2024. The Public Utilities Department have recommended to extend the contract for an additional year. The vendor has met and/or exceeded all contract requirements. The vendor has agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and process.
