BACKGROUND: On June 27, 2023, City Council approved the Master Service Agreement with Garver, LLC. Amendment No. 7 includes professional services associated with new water line improvements under the Lawton Water and Sewer Rehabilitation Program. Program includes design, bidding assistance, and construction phase services for approximately 21,500 linear feet (LF) of water lines associated with Maps 8 and 44 as shown in Appendix 1.
Map 8 is located east of 67th St to 52nd St, south of Roger’s Lane to Cache Rd.
Map 44 is located east of NE 15th St to NE Flower Mound Rd, south of Gore Blvd to Lee Blvd.
This project benefits the citizen by preventing outage and providing clean drinking water with efficiency in accordance with the True North Statement.
