BACKGROUND: The City of Lawton provides vision coverage to city of Lawton employees and their families.  Due to the current contract expiring, our brokers, Higginbotham, was contacted to publish an RFP for coverages.  Higginbotham received proposals for vision.  Primary Vision Care Services, Inc. offers vision coverage at the following monthly rates; $10.75 for employee only, $19.75 for employee and one dependent (spouse or child), $28.00 per month for the employee, spouse and child/children. The contract listed as an exhibit has been approved by the City Attorney's office.  Open enrollment is set to begin on May 15, 2023, with informational classes.
