BACKGROUND: The purpose of this agenda item is to grant the City Manager the authority to approve payment plans in situations where citizens or local businesses owe money to the city, and extenuating circumstances make it beneficial for both the city and the debtor. This may include, but is not limited to, cases such as water or landfill billing disputes. By approving this agenda item, the City Manager will be better positioned to align with the city's True North culture statement by collaborating with local residents and businesses.
